On April 22nd, we celebrate Earth Day. It is sadly more and more important to remind ourselves of the fragility of our planet and of the piling up crises, involving all forms of life. During this time, cinema plays a key role: it can expand our scale of perception from human to planetary, brings us closer to distant corners of the planet and tells stories that foster our relationship to the natural world. We prepared an all-day programme, introducing the manifold forms of environmental cinema.
