The Pout-Pout Fish

Mr. Fish, who lives on a dilapidated shipwreck, one day discovers Pip, a hyperactive young sea dragon who has mistaken his home for a dumpster and is stealing his belongings. The ensuing fight leaves both of their homes in ruins. But there is hope. They set out on a seemingly impossible quest for the mythical “Shimmer,” which will grant their wishes, but there’s one problem: someone else is on the hunt for it too.
