A seemingly ordinary hook-up gradually turns into an endless ride full of sex, drugs, and conflicting emotions. As the desire for more intense experiences grows, so do the doses and the number of people joining the wild party. This staged documentary cleverly combines scripted scenes with authentic testimonies, pulling you straight into the heart of the action. The protagonists candidly reflect on what brought them to chemsex: addiction, loneliness, or a yearning for intimacy. And it’s precisely their intimate confessions that shift the film from provocation to empathy. The play with bodily textures, literary references, and various cinematic techniques lighten the heavy topic without diminishing its urgency. The film was nominated for the Best Latin American Film at the San Sebastián Film Festival.
