In a variation on the Indiana Jones film franchise, handsome adventurer Rick, beautiful Egyptologist Evelyn and her rather eccentric brother Jonathan set out in search of the mystery of the lost city of Hamunaptra, the treasure of the pharaohs and the Book of the Dead.
The movie will be followed by an expert, 45-minute long illustrated presentation by historian Lukáš Kubín named "From Hollywood to Herodotus: The Real Stories Behind 'The Mummy'".
