The Green Knight

This story begins in a time when honour was above all and courage made kings. In a darker way, it retells the epic medieval fantasy story from the legends of Arthur. The valiant but headstrong Knight of the Round Table Sir Gawain, nephew of King Arthur, embarks on a daring journey, at the end of which awaits his fated challenger – the monstrous and mysterious Green Knight. On this journey, during which he learns more about himself, Sir Gawain must face ghosts, giants and thieves to prove himself worthy of honour in the eyes of his family and the kingdom.
