The Good Teacher

Julien (François Civil) is a high school teacher. He is young, idealistic, enthusiastic and determined to be the best possible teacher and role model for his pupils. He also tries to build rapport with his class by taking some of the more troubled and promising pupils under his wing, including the shy Leslie. However, this preferential treatment is not to the liking of some of her classmates and they begin to suspect the teacher of having other intentions. Due to pressure from her classmates, Leslie begins to misinterpret the teacher's attitude and accuses him of sexual harassment. Rumours spread through the school. The teacher and his pupil find themselves losing control of the situation.
