The Good Sister

Rose and her older brother Sam are extremely close. When Sam is accused of rape, Rose is asked to testify against him as part of the investigation. Their relationship, as well as Rose's sense of justice, are put to the test. In THE GOOD SISTER, director Sarah Miro Fischer explores the deep bond between siblings. She examines the extent to which closeness to one person can distort one's view of reality and what events have the power to destroy even the closest relationships. In her work with actors, she places special emphasis on physical expression so that she can tell stories without words.
