Serial Mom

Beverly Sutphin is a model woman and housewife. But she is a bit neurotic and can only be calmed down by gossipy, often obscene conversations, which most often annoy her neighbour. Several of the town's inhabitants pay for her outrage and gossip with their lives. The evidence against Beverly leads to her arrest and subsequent trial. The woman is very popular and the residents do not see her as a murderer, but rather as a celebrity. This John Waters's movie is based on a true story!
