Ride the Line

In the darkest of times, when they were at the very end of their tether, two friends decided to cycle 1,500 kilometres along the entire front line in Ukraine – through liberated villages and towns – with the aim of supporting a charity fundraiser. The film captures the moving stories of the people they meet along the way, as well as the harsh consequences of war that will remain etched in their memories forever. In the recaptured but still mine-strewn territories, the courageous pair face not only obstacles and dangers, but also moments of joy, hope and a longing for victory.
