Monty Python's Life of Brian

The cult comedy Monty Python's Life of Brian tells the story of Brian (Graham Chapman), who was born on the same day and in the same place as Jesus. A series of absurd circumstances leads to him later being mistaken for the Messiah. Terry Jones’s film showcases all the members of the Monty Python troupe and delivers an anarchic satire aimed at mass hysteria and religious fanaticism, as well as Hollywood’s portrayal of biblical themes.
