Little Edda has a big dream—to become a famous race car driver. Instead, she spends her days helping her dad at a run-down amusement park, guiding visitors and selling milkshakes. But Edda wants more! She dreams of being like her idol, race car driver Ed, who is on the verge of his fifth Grand Prix victory. By chance, Edda unexpectedly meets her idol – and soon discovers that her hero is actually a rather conceited superstar. So when she walks past his race car, she can't resist... She gets behind the wheel and steps on the gas! When Ed tries to stop her, he accidentally injures himself. And if he wants to avoid disqualification, he has to enter the race starting in Paris the next day. Edda knows how to win the race!
