Four Little Adults

These days, polyamory seems to be associated almost exclusively with the alternative lifestyle of Gen Z. But maybe some of us who’ve already been around the block and tried out a thing or two also find the standard couple set-up pretty limiting for the ways we feel and desire. Juulia is a successful member of parliament with a seemingly perfect marriage to priest husband Matias. But when she finds out that he has been having a year-long affair with a woman named Enni, she collapses. To save her marriage, Juulia decides to invite Enni to be a part of their lives, and they soon begin a polyamorous relationship. No matter how hard they try, challenges seem to remain. Four Little Adults is a touching and humane portrait of grown-ups with growing pains.
