Jennifer (Jessica Chastain) is a powerful woman living in a world of San Franciscan high society. However, her meticulously crafted life is shattered when it is suddenly invaded by a young, charismatic dancer Fernando. Tension, arising from the differences in social status and experiences, only heightens their mutual attraction. An innocent flirtation quickly changes into obsession. What exactly are two unlikely lovers willing to risk? This psychologically spiced erotic drama about the polarity of two worlds was presented by its director Michel Franco in the 75th Berlinale's main competition.
