Dog Man

They formed an inseparable duo – a cop and his dog. But then they were caught up in a colossal explosion that had very serious consequences for them. Fortunately, they found themselves in the hands of brilliant doctors who gathered what was left of them, put them together and created Dogman. From the neck down, he looks like a perfectly ordinary human cop. From the neck up, he looks like a police dog. Dogman soon discovers that this combination brings a lot of advantages to the job of the extended arm of the law, which is especially appreciated by the police chief (if only Dogman didn't keep licking him and chasing every squirrel he sees). A hero with a police badge comes in handy for everyone when the local supervillain, Petey the Cat, starts plotting a new evil plan to allow him to be even more evil. Long story short, he clones himself and raises his little clone, Petey, to be just as bad as he is, so they can get away with crime. Only there's Dogman, who has an unexpected fondness for kittens for a half-dog.
