Deaf

Ángela and Héctor are a harmonious couple, even though Ángela is deaf and her husband is not. They overcome the pitfalls of living together with loving sensitivity and have friends in both "worlds." But then their dream comes true and they are expecting their first child. Along with joy, however, come fears—will their child be able to hear or not? Whatever the truth may be, Ángela and Héctor face a greater challenge than they could ever have imagined. Will they be able to cope with it?

The screening is part of the Month of Reproductive Justice. The discussion will be held in Czech sign language and interpreted into Czech.
