Curly Burly

On the Danish island of Bornholm, trolls live deep underground, where their fun-filled lives are governed by strict rules. The most important one is clear: never go to the surface, because humans are dangerous. Curious and mischievous Burly is supposed to become the next lord of the cave and protect the trolls from humans. But instead, he prefers to play pranks and ride on the backs of bats. When a strange rumbling is heard from the surface one day, he secretly heads up to find out what’s going on. Unexpectedly, however, his little sister follows him—and their innocent expedition soon turns into an unexpected adventure in the human world, full of danger, magic, and experiences that will open up a whole new world for Burly.
