Contemporary Czech Animation

As part of the regular "ARAS Screening" series, this time the focus will be on contemporary Czech animation. The programme will feature significant films of recent years that have gained the attention of the professional as well as wide public. We will show Daria Kashcheeva's ELECTRA and DAUGHTER and Diana Cam van Nguyen's LOVE, DAD, APART and THE LITTLE ONE – in other words, movies from female directors who are both award-winning at domestic and international festivals. Guests of the debate with Marta Nováková will be the aforementioned authors Daria Kashcheeva and Diana Cam van Nguyen.
